Today we have a nomination for a Kamloops artist and entrepreneur who has a knack for creative pursuits and a drive for business excellence which has seen her small business blossom into a hub of artistic expression for hundreds of happy customers – her company’s 4.9 Google Review is a testament to that! Today, the Amplifriday spotlight shines on Carly Schmidt.
With over 20 years of experience teaching and coaching, Carly takes pride in sharing her knowledge and inspiring others. As the owner of Kamloops Art Party and Schmidt Faced Artistry, she has been able to showcase her talents and share her passion with others.

Last week, we had the privilege of amplifying Carly Schmidt's incredible impact. As part of AmpliFriday, we donate $100 to a charity of choice for our amplified individuals. Carly chose The Safe Haven Women's Shelter Society , sharing her belief that "women will heal the world," adding,
The more safety, support and opportunities we can assist in, the better humanity will be as a whole.
Safe Haven strives to end cycles of abuse by delivering inclusive, non-judgmental support services to individuals, families, and communities, visualizing a safe community where people are assisted in reaching their full potential. The organization helps women in crisis, children affected by abuse, families in turmoil, and community members witnessing abuse. They offer a community outreach team, a 21-bed facility with 24-hour access to crisis workers, child and youth outreach programs, and events, including summer camps.
